 Weather Cancellations When weather conditions make traveling unsafe, check our facebook page, website, or recorded voicemail messages for cancellation of church activities. You can also find cancellation information on WPXI Channel 11's website or news crawler. Charter Oak Church will follow the Greater Latrobe School District's schedule of delays and cancellations for weekday MOPS, kids and student activities. Cold weather delays will not affect weekday adult activities.
