Director's Message

"Any organization can say it's 'in the community,' but when you're 'of the community' it means you've made a social connection. You've made a friendship. You're connected. That's what we strive to be for the folks who walk through our doors every day."

Dawn Lewis,
Executive Director

It's about ability - not disability

Great Bay Services was the first New Hampshire organization of its kind dedicated to helping intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals. For six decades, in locations across southern New Hampshire and Maine, we've supported them, their families, those who care for them, and those in our communities that participate alongside them in the wealth of activities and classes we offer at our community center.
