Health Services Requirements
Due by July 1

Syracuse University Health Services strives to provide you with the most comprehensive and effective health care possible. To meet this goal it is important for us to obtain an accurate health history for each student. Please assist us by going to the patient portal at and filling out your health history as accurately and thoroughly as possible and uploading your immunization and physical examination form by July 1, 2017.
If your health history, immunization and physical examination information is not completed and uploaded to the patient portal prior to your arrival on campus, a hold will be placed on your MySlice account and you will be ineligible to register for a second semester.

If you do not have the information available to complete this form, or have questions, or concerns, please contact Health Services at 315-443-9005.
New Student Send-Offs
Meet people coming to SU from your area!

It won't be long before you're headed to Syracuse University and starting life as a college student.  Want to make that leap a little easier?  Join us at a New Student Send-Off in your area, and you'll meet new friends before you even arrive on campus!

At this fun, informal gathering, you'll get to know other new students from your area.  Current students and alumni will also be on hand to answer your questions, provide the inside scoop on what to expect during your first few weeks at SU, and give you your first dose of Orange spirit.  Parents are invited, too, so be sure to let them know!
To see if there is a Send-Off in your area and to register, visit the New Student Send Off website.

Syracuse University must have proof that all students have graduated from high school. To meet your enrollment requirements, you must ensure that an official copy of your transcript with your date of graduation is sent from your school to Syracuse University.  We must receive your final high school transcript by August 1st.

Send final high school transcripts to:

Learn your SU Traditions!
National Orange Day

National Orange Day began on March 24, 1994, in commemoration of SU Founders Day. Alumni from around the world are asked to show their pride by sporting the color orange on the University's anniversary. SU students and others participate in service oriented activities. Organized by the Traditions Commission and the Office of Alumni Relations, this day has hopes of being a legacy for years to come.
