Get ready for a great workout! "Combat Conditioning" classes will be taught here at the dojo every Tuesday night in January (and also on the first Tuesday in February) at 8:00 PM.
Run by Sensei Jason Gould, a fourth degree Black Belt in karate and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, these classes are designed to increase your strength, endurance, and "fighting spirit" while improving your agility and physical range of motion.
Each class is an hour-long session consisting of classic calisthenics, dynamic weight training exercisers, bodyweight drills, kickboxing and striking training, dexterity drills, and more.
You WILL be challenged! The goal is maximum results from a minimum investment of time, so these classes will be intense -- and fun -- and ideal for weigh loss and kick-starting your metabolism!
Drop-ins: $12 (A five-class card can be purchased for $50.)
Please be on time and bring a water bottle and a small towel to class. (Wear shorts or jogging/yoga pants and a t-shirt for the training.)
