Lakeshore United Methodist Church and Manitowoc Cooperative Ministries are teaming up to present the 2018 Vacation Bible School (VBS) program Sunday, July 29th, through Wednesday, August 1st, at Halvorsen Park in Manitowoc. University of Wisconsin - Manitowoc:  Really Big Prints 3.0 returns to UW-Manitowoc, July 11th-14th.  This event creates prints so big, we need a street roller!  Public invited to watch printmakers from around the country bring their creative vision to life.  Artists will be working outside in the parking lot.  For more information: www.uwmanitowoc.uwc.edu.

The Crossing of Manitowoc County is grateful for community support filling our pantry supplies which are "earned" by families participating in our Earn While You Learn Program.  Nearly half of our supplies (valued at almost $20,000) are donated.  However, now we are in great need of personal hygiene products: baby shampoo/wash/lotion, feminine products, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, body wash, etc.  Can you help?  Please contact us at (920) 973-4357.

The Salvation Army-Manitowoc:  It is Christmas in July and we are ringing bells this week at some local grocery stores, downtown locations and we will be at Sub Fest.  Go to www.ringbells.org or call the office at (920) 684-7117 to reserve slots through July 14th.  This summer bell ringing time helps to make up for the Christmas shortfall and allows us to continue to do the most good in our county.  Lt. Jenny Moffitt was recently installed as the new Corps Officer (Pastor) for the Manitowoc Salvation Army.  Say "hello" when you see her out and about in the community.

City of Two Rivers:  The National EVP Volleyball Tournament is coming to Neshotah Beach July 20th-22nd.  It's time to take your volleyball game to the beach.
