Here it is: Cheese and Wine events. Two cheese tasting events similar to the sold out ones we had last year but different with various themes. Again, lots of cheese, wine, (ale) baguettes and charcuterie plates. Again, a wine specialist will consult and discuss each pairing set. Last year events sold out in hours and we suspect 40 seats per event is not enough but since we hold the event in our viewing gallery, overlooking the barn and production areas, space is limited so please buy an extra set of tickets for your best friends now. We got o many calls last year for extra pairs that wanted to join friends but could not add seats.

 Join us for an evening of cheese, cheese talk, wine or Ale, charcuterie, baguettes and other accompaniments. We will taste and discuss many of our cave aged cheeses.
We plan several plates featuring many of our best cave releases arranged in a logical order and accompanied by matching drinks.
Everyone will be seated along a single long table at the valley Shepherd Viewing gallery.
What a blast these will be. we can't wait.

The first 2012 cave releases paired with Pacific Northwest wines. Spring is the best time to sample what has been sitting in the cave all winter. Before it is sold out. Accompanied by discussion of each cheese terroir, production and history. Wines, wine expert talk, Charcuterie, condiments and the normal surprises we throw at you for fun. $59/person. We've been spending years building special equipment to make large format wheels that age forever. Lets take a close look at some of them and pair them with some mighty wines !
