Child Care Aware of NH Updates
Website Update
There are a few new things on the website.
  1. The hover feature on the resources pages is done. This component will allow website users to get a description of each resource before clicking on it.  
  2. The NH Health and Safety Training Program links are available. Hover over the Providers tab on the main navigation menu. Then, hover over the Professional Development tab and Health and Safety Trainings tab will be fourth on the drop-down list.

Directors' & Leadership Collaboratives
Are you a Director, Administrator or an emerging Early Childhood Leader? Are you looking to collaborate with other providers in your region? Consider joining one of Child Care Aware of NH's Directors' or Leadership Collaboratives.

These meetings are designed by each group in the region to reflect area needs and interests as well as provide program leaders with Child Care Aware of NH program updates, essential local and state information along with professional development opportunities.  Information on topics and trainings being addressed varies based on group interests.

Free Training Opportunity

Put Child Care Wellness in Writing is 1.5 hour training that provides information and strategies for anyone involved in the development of child care wellness policies. 

The course was developed by Keene State College and is offered by UNH Cooperative Extension to all child care staff, including teachers and cooks working at CACFP agencies.
