Dear Families, The changes to Idaho Medicaid's Children's Developmental Disability Benefit Services (formerly known as Children's Redesign) went into full effect on July 1, 2013.   On behalf of the Consortium of Idahoans with Disabilities, Idaho Parents Unlimited is conducting a survey to determine how the transition to these new services have affected your child.    If this applies to you, please fill out our brief and anonymous (you may choose to share your information, but it is not required) survey and feel free to also share this with other families who may wish to participate.   Children's DD Services Follow Up Survey The survey results will be shared with the Department of Health and Welfare in order to provide them with ongoing parent feedback.
