Happy September! I hope your family is doing well. In past weeks, our children have been adjusting to change and embracing new opportunities at school. This is a time when parents and caregivers need to have patience and help guide children with daily routines. Change for children can be difficult. Here is a prayer from The Book of Common Prayer to help strength us during this time:
Almighty God, heavenly Father, you have blessed us with the joy and care of children: Give us calm strength and patient wisdom as we bring them up, that we may teach them to love whatever is just and true and good, following the example of our Savior Jesus Christ, Amen.

Any adult who has been Safeguarding God's People trained is welcome to help our children grow. Please see when training sessions will be offered this month. We ask all volunteers to be trained by December 2018.
