Chef's Catering Customer Hello chefs! I just wanted to compliment you on a job well done. I was at a party last Saturday night and the catering job you did was wonderful. The food was excellent and since I love cooking myself, I don't say that lightly. I also loved the smoked salmon and shrimp being served in their own individual trays which were attractive and much better to eat that way. The staff you had there, both the bartender and the server were perfect. They couldn't have been nicer and more efficient.
