Nov 15: Blue Crab Bay Co.'s Oyster & Wine Fest. 11 AM - 4 PM  Oysters on the half shell, oyster shooters, oyster & clam chowder, & live music. 10% of proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Blue Crab Bay, 29368 Atlantic Dr., Melfa.

Nov 18:  Island Coffeehouse - Live music & spoken word performances in a casual cabaret setting.  Headline act is singer/songwriter Alex & Shiloh.  $5 cash at door, $3 students.  Dinner, drinks, & snacks available.  Doors open 6:30 PM, performances begin 7:30 PM at Chincoteague Cultural Alliance 6309 Church Street

Nov 22:  Christmas Open House at Four Seasons Florist 9 AM - 4 PM Come see all the new door wreaths, cemetery pieces, and house accents pre-made in silk or order fresh. Talk to designers for custom orders.  Snacks and refreshments available. 4405 Deep Hole Road  For more info call 336-0643.

Nov 22:  Turkey Shoot to benefit the Chincoteague Vol. Fire Co. Building Fund at NOAA-WIVA Sportsman Range Rt 175 Oak Hall.  Starts at 10 AM  $5 per round. 30" barrel max.  No turkey chokes. 

Nov 22:  4th Annual Mayor's Ball to benefit the Chincoteague High School Athletic Booster's new concession stand at The Chincoteague Center 
6 PM cocktails & 7 PM dinner provided by Bill's Seafood.  Music & dancing by Bigger Dreams. $50 per person.  Tickets available at The Chincoteague Center & Shore Bank.  Attire Formal/Semi-Formal.

Nov 30:  3rd Annual Chincoteague Pony Rescue Holiday Open House noon - until.  12159 Ober Lane, Ridgely, MD.  Bring family & friends & visit the ponies.  Refreshments available, Marshmallow Roast around the campfire, Horseshoe Pits.  Gifts for the ponies are welcome!

Dec 3:  Annual Pancake Supper sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Chincoteague at Bill's Seafood Restaurant 4:30 PM - 7:30 PM Tickets $6 each No credit cards.  Proceeds are used to provide toys & food during the Christmas season to members of the community who might otherwise do without.
