"The moment at TTT Worlds that summed up all the practice and suffering together as a team was the moment just before we got onto the start ramp, when our captain Lauren Hall huddled us together for a pre-race pep talk.  We all share the same goal in the TTT, we had prepared well, now we just needed to relax and take in the experience.  Taking in the experience: that is what I've felt like this whole year while riding with these ladies on Twenty16 p/b Sho-Air.  Thank you to the amazing support crew we had to prepare us well for World Championships!"
