We are excited to announce our updated schedule starting Feb. 1, which reflects some minor changes and includes our new signature class style, Breathe Flow Meditate. This all-levels class incorporates breathing exercises, vinyasa flow and 10-15 minutes of peaceful meditation.
We also offer daily weekday morning guided meditations in our dedicated meditation room. We are seeing a shift in the collective consciousness as more people are realizing the benefits of a regular meditation practice. Begin your weekday morning meditating with us!
