Adelaide's Place and HEAAT at Christ Church
|
At all Services this Saturday evening and Sunday morning, Sister Patti Prendergast from Adelaide's Place will be presenting to the parish our partnership with their ministry at our parish house, and how we can continue to support the women they serve both now and in the future. After all Services, representatives from both Adelaide's Place and HEAAT Foundation-Fighting Human Trafficking, will provide an open house in the parish hall.
A special thank you to our ECW, for their support in providing refreshments after each service during the open house. The ECW has been a supporter of Adelaide's Place for many years!

This is a time when we thank God for the many gifts he has bestowed upon us during the year. In giving thanks the Capital Campaign Committee would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to the many generous donors that have supported the Capital Campaign. To date we have raised just over $137,000 for much needed capital improvements and to establish an endowment for future needs of the church. This week an appeal will go out to the those members of the parish who have not yet made a gift or pledge to the campaign. Please help us wrap up the campaign and get us to $150,000! Every gift counts and will help ensure that Christ Church continues to flourish now and long into the future!
Thank you again,
Jennifer Martucci
Capital Campaign Chair

SUNDAY COFFEE HOUR COULD USE YOUR HELP!
Coffee Hour on Sunday after the 10am Eucharist is a meaningful experience for becoming better acquainted and a great opportunity to welcome those new attending Christ Church. Recently we have not been able to enjoy this gathering regularly as there has been no one setting it up. Therefor it would be greatly appreciated if individuals or groups of people would be kind enough to volunteer. There is a sign-up sheet in the Parish Hall.

ORDER OF ST LUKE
Due to Thanksgiving and Christmas there will be only one meeting for the two months. We will be having our meeting and study of Jesus healing miracles on Wednesday, December 13th at 7pm in the Parish Living Room. This study provides an excellent opportunity to have a more in-depth understanding of what is contained in the account of each miracle. Everyone is encouraged to join us.
