We have lots going on! Please make a note of the following dates:
The Children's Easter Celebration this year will be the Sunday after Easter, April 23. Please mark your calendars and bring your Easter Baskets for the egg hunt. Any donations of egg fillers are always appreciated!
The Sunday School children are raising funds for the church's Capital Campaign. The children have been presented with a collection jar for each family. From now until the end of the school year, the children will be able to fill their jars with donations. They can give loose change, part of their allowances, part of their birthday money, etc. to support God's church. At the end of the school year, the children will pool all their efforts into one large container to present to the church. We want to teach them humility and grace as they strive to give of themselves.
The Sunday School children will sponsor a coffee hour on April 30. Again, they would be learning service to the church as they select and make their treats for coffee hour, set up the table, and then clean up at the end. Any free will donations made will be given to the Capital Campaign.
There will be no Sunday School on Mother's Day, May 14. You moms can have one more hour of cuddles on your special day.
The last day of Sunday School will be June 4th. The children will be presented with their awards at the 10:00 service.
