Christ's Starfish e-newsletter!
Our quarterly newsletter will share information and updates on the progress that Christ's Starfish Foundation is making throughout the year.
Our mission is to share the love of Jesus Christ through two areas of service:
- Supporting children confined to local children’s hospitals by providing assistance through Child Life Specialists.
- Assisting families of non-cancer patients who are experiencing financial hardships due to their child’s illness.

We recently completed four "Thank You Awareness Dinners" in Woodstock, GA, Fort Wayne, IN, Jacksonville, FL and
Ocala, FL.
More than 700 guests attended and learned more about the mission of Christ's Starfish Foundation! Special thank you to the additional 150 Vision Partners. Learn more about the Vision Program below.

Where are your charity dollars going?
Support January - May 2018
2018 has been an extremely busy year. In addition to our dinners and 9th Annual Wolfson Golf Tournament our support to these deserving children and their families continues to expand. Through May we provided support totaling
$39,660.37 to 120 families.
That represents an increase in support of 25% over 2017.

In 2017 served a total of 188 families with $78,573.17 of support.
This is $10,660.31(15.69%) from 2016.
We passed the $1,000,000 mark in support to over 8,000 hurting children and their families. We serve a mighty God and HE has made all this possible. Thank you for your obedience in following our Lord’s call in your generous support of HIS work at CSF.

VISION PROGRAM
was initiated in 2016 to raise funds for our staffing needs.
To date it has grown to include more than
250 VISION PARTNERS!
We praise The Lord for this growth and related annual commitments totaling $40,000!
(A $10 per month, or $120 per year donation is all it takes to make an impact - in Christ's name)

Wolfson Tournament
Jacksonville, FL
In the month of March we had a wonderful event where approximately 90 golfers had an immensely enjoyable day of golf, food and fellowship dodging the rain successfully. This charity golf tournament raised more than $24,000 to support our work at
Wolfson Chidren's Hospital in Jacksonville, FL
.

Brasstown Valley Celebrity Tournament
Young Harris, GA
Please join us for the 4th annual "Swing For The Kids" Celebrity Golf Tournament in north Georgia at beautiful Brasstown Valley Resort & Spa for a most enjoyable weekend of golf, food and fellowship. Friday evening features George Rogers and a chance to see the Heisman trophy!
Proceeds from this charity event support our work at
Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.

THANK YOU/AWARENESS DINNERS
As a way to show appreciation to our partners for their generous support, this year we organized THANK YOU DINNERS in Atlanta, GA; Ft Wayne, IN, Jacksonville and Ocala, FL.
Our inaugural dinner in Ft Wayne on May 19th at Sweetwater Sound was a
huge success! These dinners provide the opportunity to show our appreciation and to share our vision for the future as we press on to support hurting children in Christ's name.
Sincere and grateful THANKS to all the area restaurants that provided a smorgasbord of delicious food for our partners to enjoy!
Some of the participating restaurants included: Carrabba's, Olive Garden, Bojangles, Chick-fil-A, Wick's Pies, PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory, Metro Diner, Starbucks, First Watch, Mimi's Cafe, O'Charley's and Longhorn. There were many others and
it was truly an AMAZING dining experience!
