December  2016
Thank You
In this Thanksgiving-Advent season, I want to express gratitude for the incredible volunteers and donors who have made this phenomenal of service year possible. The miles driven, the countless hours of coaching and encouragement, the efforts of teachers inside the correctional facility, the advocacy in the courts, and the trust of the community has combined to make an incredible difference in the lives of many. Our clients are valuable, hard-working people striving to build a life, many times without the benefit of the sturdy foundation that most of us had built for us by caring parents, teachers and mentors. The efforts of our volunteers help build that foundation of trust, self-confidence and courage that is necessary for a person to do the hard work of recovery and learn to thrive. And, the people who give financial support make it possible for us to provide the resources, like food, clothing, housing, and even education and job training.

So, with a very grateful heart, on behalf of our clients, THANK YOU!

Maridel
