2 Races To Go
There are 2 races left in the Summer Cross Country Series at the scenic Valley View Nature Preserve. Attendance is 30-40 runners . The next race is this Thursday, July 19 at 7:00 PM at Valley View Nature Preserve. The 2 loop (3.1 miles total) cross country course is scenic, relatively flat, spectator friendly, mostly grass and looks like a brass knuckle. After you run it, your quads feel like that they have been hit by a brass knuckle. There are two waterstops on the course - one at the start and one at the finish. The last race of the series is Thursday July 26. No entry fees! No awards! Just the satisfaction of a hard workout with your friends.
