Brampton Soccer Centre Gardens
Connecting kids with nature

A pair of enterprising City gardeners have transformed the gardens around the Brampton Soccer Centre's spray pad into a place of exploration, where children can let their imaginations soar. City employees Megan and Courtney have created a series of new, kid-friendly garden zones to give campers and families something to see, smell, touch, and even eat!

The "Giants" garden features huge plants, with "Fairy" gardens tucked within it, complete with a tiny cottage and pair of rubber boots. A sensory garden offers plants with different textures, smells, and tastes, plus the sound of wind chimes in the breeze. Butterfly and bird gardens are designed to welcome native birds and pollinators, and a lush vegetable garden is bursting with organic spinach, beets, tomatoes, peppers, and peas.

Anyone visiting the Soccer Centre is welcome to explore these beautiful gardens, designed to bring children and nature together.
