Helpful Tips for Navigating Roundabouts

The two roundabouts in Gahanna on Hamilton Road are now open. Here are a few reminders to help drivers safely navigate through the roundabouts:
  • Slow down! Roundabouts are designed for 20 MPH or less.
  • Yield. The single most important rule is to YIELD to traffic inside the roundabout and traffic exiting the roundabout and pedestrians in a crosswalk.
  • Choose your lane. BEFORE entering a roundabout, choose the left or the right lane based upon your intended destination exit.

Get involved with Gahanna's Service Organizations

Gahanna is home to many community service organizations. These groups do many wonderful and positive things in our community, but their success lies in their volunteers.

In an effort to help
re-establish relevance and to re-introduce these organizations to the community, the City will be spotlighting various Gahanna service organizations each month in its City Update e-newsletter.
So as you reflect on your 2017 goals, think about how you can positively make an impact in your community by volunteering!
