Fall Perennial Exchange Offers Fresh Additions

This Sunday, October 4, take advantage of the popular free Fall Perennials perennial exchange at the Kamm's Corners Farmers Market from 10 a.m. to noon. Simply dig up plants to share. Divide them and place into containers such as clean dairy tubs or sturdy plastic bags. Water the plants enough to keep the roots moist for replanting. New and veteran gardeners alike benefit from this free exchange. It's a great way to add to any garden.

Sunday's market also features pumpkin carving at 11:30 a.m. with Janelle Reardon. Over the years, she has shared tips and tricks for pumpkin carving at Cleveland Metroparks classes. Learn some great techniques! Many vendors will offer pumpkins and gourds for sale.

The final outdoor market on Sunday, October 11, features a chef demo at 11:30 a.m. by AMP 150. West Park Massotherapy will be offering chair massages. See the full schedule, here.
