Fall is just around the corner! Are you excited?
For this month, we decided to give you some real insight on our Clapp Comm ladies with this question -
What are three items you can't live without?
Barb -
The three things that I can't live without are laughter, my gym membership and a great book! All of these things are great stress reducers for me.
Timmy -
Macaroni & cheese, Jack Rogers sandals and the color pink!
Lisa -
Dunkin' Donuts coffee, although Starbucks is a close second, my iPad for downloading books and playing Words with Friends and m
y iPhone for doing pretty much anything.
Dana -
Cats, d
essert and a
"to-do" list.
Karen E. -
The three things that I can't live without are my iPhone, my tennis racquet and iced coffee. I'm a bit too addicted to my phone but I love it so I can stay in touch with my kids and friends as well as stay up to date with news, emails and social media. As for iced coffee, I just love it and I'm not picky where I get it, though Wegman's Jamaican blend with cream is a definite front runner - delish! And lastly I love to play tennis with friends and in different leagues so my tennis racquet is a vital possession. Tennis is great because it keeps me active and is social at the same time which I truly love.
Karen B. - A comfortable bed such as my Sleep Number, a toothbrush/ toothpaste and a
beloved pet like my chocolate labs.
Lauren - The three items I can't live without are my iPhone, contacts and running shoes. I would want my
iPhone so I can continue to obsess over Instagram, communicate with my family and friends, and listen to music.
Not to be too literal, but I can't see much without my contacts or glasses, so I definitely need those. And lastly, w
hether I'm running or hiking, I love being active outdoors, so running shoes are a must.

September 2016
From the Desk of Barb Clapp...
Our September staff question about what we find most important in our lives generated a lot of thought and discussion. I'm sure you would agree that our kids, parents and friends are definitely something we can't live without, but for fun, we wanted to think of other items that keep us going from day-to-day. This exercise made us examine our personal gratitude. I want to challenge you to think of three things that define your life and would be difficult to live without too. It's a much harder challenge than you would imagine! Thinking about what is most important makes me very appreciative for what I have in my life.
I hope you take this challenge to feel some gratitude this month!
