Class Changes and Subs 

Life in Motion 

Patrick will teach the 8pm basic yoga class on Fridays through May.

Rachel is now the regular teacher on Sundays at 10:25am and 1:15.  Also on Wednesdays at 6:45pm.     

 

Adrianna is subbing for Annie May 18th and 25th. 

No more kids yoga class effective immediately.

BodyStrength Fitness  
Cindy will teach the 7:35pm Pilates on Thursdays in May.

Marie will teach the 3pm Zumba on Sundays in May.

Adrianna will teach the Total Body Conditioning on Sundays in May. NEW TIME: 1:50pm - 2:00pm.

Upper West Side Cycling
Sharon is now the spin teacher on Saturdays at 9:15am.
