The season holidays are here...and I would like to ask you...how are you feeling at this time of year?
With Hanukah, Christmas, and the New Year around the corner, this is often an especially stressful time. Despite all of the hustle and bustle around folks, and holiday parties etc., many find themselves feeling lonely at this time of year.
Often, family gatherings trigger painful memories and resentments we have with people in our lives currently, as well as people from our past such as family members and former partners.
What is still getting in your way?
What physical symptoms are starting to show up that might be related to one or more unresolved issues or resentments you are holding without realizing it?
MIND BODY CONNECTION:
The mind/body connection is stronger than we realize. Eventually, our physical structure gets tired of holding emotional & spiritual pain and starts to break down. Holidays are a good way to remind us through our triggers, that there are underlying resentments we need to become free of. It's time.

The more liberated you are from a painful past, whatever that means for you, (be it a lifetime of depression, anxiety, disappointment etc.) the better you will be at creating the life you want.
MIND OVER MATTER DOESN'T WORK:
It's not about "mind over matter". You have been working on yourself forever and yet you are still struggling with some core issues, right?
You can't will yourself to "get over it". That's old paradigm thinking. If you are not manifesting way you want to feel and the goals you want to achieve in love, friendships, your work in the world etc. it is likely due to issues that are still in your sub conscious.

anxious, the anxiety you feel will permeate every aspect of what you desire.
