Break out those costumes because it's Halloween week! This weekend we not only welcome all of the witches and ghosts, but we also get to spend some time with Miami alumni returning for Homecoming!

Think Pink Concert

Today and tomorrow the sisters of Zeta Tau Alpha are passing out pink silly bands, pink necklaces, pink pens, and pink ribbons at Shriver, FSB, and the Phi Delt Gates to support breast cancer awareness and education.

On Friday, they are hosting a Breast Cancer Awareness Benefit Concert with Sigma Phi Epsilon featuring Caroline County! The opening acts include the Miami Misfitz and Remnants. The chapter that donates the most money will receive a free visit from the Misfitz or Remnants at their chapter.

The concert is from 5-7pm at Uptown Park.
Please wear pink to the event!

Donations can be made online at ztacarolinecounty.eventbrite.com or at the event.

A Message from the Tri-Council Presidents:
Homecoming

With Homecoming Weekend fast approaching, we have exciting news to announce in regards to our fraternity and sorority community's involvement during this special weekend. As Tri-Council Presidents, we have agreed to sponsor a tent for Greek alumni at the Homecoming Football game on October 29th starting at 1:30 p.m. Other organizations that will be present are ASG, CAC, and MUSF- to name a few. There will be free food and fun giveaways! We hope to see everyone there this Saturday!

ACROPOLIS Update!

Last weekend, 70 new members of our fraternity and sorority community went to ACROPOLIS, an emerging Greek Leaders Retreat.

The purpose of ACROPOLIS is to immerse participants in activities focused on personal sharing, group involvement, and open communication. These participants identified their personal values and reflected on their current leadership skills within the Greek community. With the help of 12 amazing mentors, the retreat helped them create a personal vision to assist their future endeavors as leaders.

Congratulations to the following participants who attended ACROPOLIS:

Thank you to the twelve ACROPOLIS mentors and the two student on-site coordinators for making this leadership retreat so successful. This program wouldn't have worked without your hardwork, energy, and spirit.
