How Clean Energy is Changing Lives in Indonesia
With less than 100 days to go before the landmark United Nations Climate Change Conference gets underway in Paris, climate action is building across the globe with Momentum for Change winners at the forefront of a more sustainable future.
 
Earlier this month, winning activity Ibu Inspirasi was featured in a special CNBC video report. Watch the video to learn how the initiative not only helps provide clean energy to women living in remote rural communities in Indonesia, but also empowers them through entrepreneurship.
 
We're pleased to learn that since winning a Momentum for Change Award in 2014, the initiative has been expanding. Ibu Inspirasi is aiming to partner with an additional 500 women in order to reach 250,000 people across Indonesia in the next three years.
