Faces of the Future

Alayna J. Age 11
Havre de Grace Club

Although this is only Alayna's first year at Boys & Girls Clubs of Harford County she has already made a big impression with her sweet and helpful disposition. Other members report that Alayna is always willing to assist other Club members particularly in Photography Club or when looking for creative ideas in the Art Room.

Alayna believes her grades have improved because of her time at the Club and it has encouraged her to do her homework more thoroughly. In addition to being in the SMART Girls program, Alayna participates in Yoga and Photography Club.

"The Club is fun, and it has helped me to meet people that I didn't know. We do a lot of fun activities in all of the different rooms and areas. And I've been able to participate in a lot of sports that I didn't even know I liked."    -Alayna, Age 11
