Develop your career and positively impact the community by working with the Shenandoah Valley Small Business Development Center (SBDC) this fall. The SBDC recently created an Inclusive Entrepreneurship Initiative (IEI), designed to help provide business training and advice to the diverse immigrant and minority populations in the Shenandoah Valley.  Part time, paid positions are available for undergraduate business students (including international students) that allow students to apply experiences in the classroom to consultations with local business owners, while working side-by-side with the SBDC's experienced business advisors.

Doctoral Assistant, Johnny Ginnity

Johnny is the new Doctoral Assistant for the Office of Experiential Learning. He began his PhD in Strategic Leadership at JMU this fall. He is a retired Air Force Medical Officer with over 23 years of healthcare leadership experience and a prior CEO of the Veterans Health Administration for the State of Montana.johnny
 
Johnny received his BS from Clarkson University in Management and Psychology and a Master's in Business and Human Resources.
 
Johnny's office is Room 205M on the 2nd floor of Zane Showker Hall, and he can be reached at [email protected].
