CoC Application Deadline Reminder

All agencies, including direct grantees and Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) subrecipients, submitting project applications for the 2016 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition must submit the following information to KHC via email by the deadlines stated below, unless otherwise noted.

Due by Friday, August 19, 2016, at 5 p.m. ET

• Responses to the Additional Questions for Scoring and Ranking Purposes document emailed to you by KHC staff.
• APR (ART 625) for the reporting period October 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. Please note: New projects and first-time renewal projects that received their first allocation in the 2015 competition are not required to submit this APR as data is not available.
• Completed 2016 CoC Capacity Scorecard, which is available on KHC's website under Specialized Housing, Continuum of Care, 2016 CoC Application, Forms, 2016 CoC Capacity Scorecard.

Due by Friday, August 26, 2016, at 5 p.m. ET

• Signed Match Letters. Please note: Direct Grantees are not required to submit match letters for renewal projects; however, match letters are required for new projects as a part of the scoring criteria.

KYHMIS and Recovery Kentucky Trainings

KHC has scheduled several KYHMIS and Recovery Kentucky HMIS trainings. All trainings will be from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. ET, in KHC's computer training room in the west annex, located at 1231 Louisville Road, Frankfort . Seating is limited and available to registrants on a first-come, first-served basis. Lunch will be on your own from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

To attend a training session, users must submit a Training Request Form no later than three days prior to the session to ensure space is available. Additionally, registrants must be confirmed prior to attending the training.
