Are You Ready for Pesach?
PESACH

It is easy to get overwhelmed at this time of year. There are so many facets of Pesach, it is hard to know where to begin as teachers and as individuals. CJL is here to help. In addition to the links below, we have a Pesach Workshop for teachers on April 11 (see below). There will be daily Pesach posts on the CJL Facebook page. Also feel free to contact CJL if you are looking for more ideas or resources.

Here are some links to enhance your holiday experience in the classroom and with your family.
CJL's E-NEWSLETTER
This newsletter is published on the first day of every Jewish month. We welcome your feedback and invite you to join us as we explore the joys of Jewish learning in Milwaukee and beyond. Share your feedback here.

CJL'S MISSION
The Coalition for Jewish Learning, the Education Department of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation, promotes and advances Jewish education in the greater Milwaukee community, provides a support system for the community's institutions of Jewish learning, and forges coalitions to ensure excellence in Jewish education.
Have you heard of TED Talks? There is a Jewish version called ELI talks (Inspired Jewish Ideas). Periodically I will share a new video from the site. This month's ELI talk is called: " Can't Buy Jewish Continuity? Sell It Instead." by Sam Zev.
CJL wants to create a dialogue about Jewish education in Milwaukee. By sharing our ideas, we can enhance the future of Jewish education for our community. After watching the video, email me your thoughts. I will include some responses in next month's newsletter.

CSI - Milwaukee is CJL's Congregational School Initiative. The program includes classes for teachers, seminars for educational directors, grants, school assessments, curriculum writing, and consultation.

Input Needed :

We would love to continue to improve the CSI classes we offer. Please fill out this short survey (7 questions) to help us plan.

The Coalition for Jewish Learning is part of the Create a Jewish Legacy Program of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation.

Create a Jewish Legacy is a program that helps individuals and families create legacy gifts, providing a permanent source of support for the Jewish causes they care about.  The program is founded on the principle that all of us, regardless of age, wealth or affiliation, can make an enduring financial impact.

The Jewish Community Foundation of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation is sponsoring this program in partnership with area synagogues, agencies and day schools.  Together, we will create an even brighter future for our community.
