In Holmes Beach, there are
150 active listings ranging in price from $239,900 to $3,595,000 for a 4B Gulf front home.
Bradenton Beach has
43 active listings, ranging from $145K for a Sandpiper modular home to $1,895,000 6B home at 107 12th Street.
Our office has been busy, with the addition of
Billi Gartman to our realtor/agents, and she has opened her own annex office on Pine Avenue, at 315 Pine Avenue in Anna Maria.
Sales have been brisk, and as always, it's been very rewarding for me to sell new owners their first island property here! Brian and Patti Cote', from Michigan, just purchased a new property at 303 South Bay Boulevard which is now in our rental program (below). Brian's brother, Rob (and Denise) purchased their home here two years ago, so it's fun to have both families able to vacation here together!
Tim Hopkins and Jay Kramer and Tim's parents, Jim and Martha, all from Maryland, went in on a house together on Spring Avenue here in Anna Maria. I had known them for 5 years, with their coming and going to the island, and they are so thrilled to have a winter place where Jim and Martha can now spend their winters!
