What's New with Contract Insight Enterprise?
   
CobbleStone is constantly improving our products and services. Our latest update of Contract Insight Enterprise offers the ability to approve or reject tasks directly from the e-mail alert. Before this update, active users could approve or reject tasks in Contract Insight by clicking on the "View" button under the Tasks, Alerts, Events, and Workflow table on the Contract Details screen. This enhancement now allows active users to approve or reject any one-off or workflow task directly from the task alert e-mail. This feature is particularly helpful when users find themselves using the system via a mobile device or if users simply want to save a few clicks. Additionally, rejecting a task will prompt the user to leave a comment that will appear in the "Notes" section of Contract Details and any individual workflow task can now update multiple primary record fields upon approval or rejection. At CobbleStone, it is our goal to make your lives easier and to streamline your contract management process.
