CobbleStone's Document Collaboration and eSign Add-on Module allows users to kick off eApprovals and Negotiations through one centralized repository. All Contract and Committal documents can be routed through the appropriate approval processes defined by your organization. Documents can easily be approved by key individuals internally and sent to the counterparty for approvals. Through the Document Collaboration Gateway users will be able to keep track of all revisions and comments made on a document with full version control and check-in/check-out capabilities.

Once a contract document is fully approved, Contract Insight users can send it out for an eSignature. Individuals with signatory authority will be notified of the signature process via email and will be able to access the contract document through a secure-encrypted gateway for signature. Signers can type, draw, or use a saved signature to bind the contract easily and efficiently.
