RACE PACK COLLECTION DAY DETAILS

This is where all* participants MUST collect their packs and show their online fundraising proof. If you cannot make it, you can arrange a friend or courier to collect on your behalf (see below). Uncollected packs may be reassigned. Although all parti cipants must set up a  SimplyGiving page with a minimum donation of HK$650 per participant (at time of collection), we hope that you will continue to raise funds right up to the event date so we hit our HK$2,000,000 target and help tackle environmental sustainability issues. 

Wines of South Africa (WOSA) are sponsoring one BOTTLE OF WINE FOR EVERY solo participant or pair listed within the top 10 of the MoonTrekker leaderboard (at the time of arrival, at race pack collection venue only).

CAN'T COLLECT YOUR PACK?

RACE PACK PROCESS

1) On arrival, present your BIB number and Simply Giving Page (to show proof of fundraising).

2) Head to the collection counter, pass them your BIB number. They will pass you your BIB and tee.

3) Help yourself to sponsors gifts.

*TIPS .

1) Write your bib number(s) on a small scrap of paper that you can pass to the volunteers - this will quicken the process - especially if you are collecting for more than one participant.

2) Save a screen-shot of your Simply Giving page (and those for whom you are collecting for), this saves you time looking up URLs.

3) Bring a large bag if you collecting multiple packs.

4) If you are collecting for a group (10+), you can send us an email with the bib numbers and we will get them ready for your collection ([email protected]). For multi-pack collection, we suggest collecting after midday (to give us our volunteers time to get the packs ready).
