NEW FORD NATIONAL BODY SHOP NETWORK AD SPOT

Ford Motor Company is working on several initiatives to improve profitability, grow the collision parts business and positively impact customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is being done through the National Body Shop Network, Parts Incentive Programs, Collision Feet on the Street, and Collision Consumer Education and Awareness Marketing. As part of the Collision Consumer Education and Awareness Marketing, Ford is working on several initiatives in the digital space, including several consumer ads.

2016 INDEPENDENT REPAIR AND BODY SHOP FLEET POWERTRAIN REBATE PROGRAM

The Independent Repair and Body Shop and Fleet Powertrain Rebate Program is exclusively for independent repair facilities, body shops, and fleets with in-house repair.

ALUMINUM SERIES: ALUMINUM - WHAT WE'VE LEARNED SO FAR

In the coming years, we'll see more repairs on the F-150. The sales dictate that this will happen. As other manufacturers follow Ford's lead, you may see a faster ROI. There are no guarantees, though. As for changes coming, the process of gearing up for the F-150 has made us better prepared and wiser. Be careful not to get behind. FORD F-SERIES REPAIR INFORMATION

During the 2016 NACE show in Anaheim, Ford Motor Company offered complimentary OEM Training on the Ford F-Series Repair Information & Introduced the 2017 F-Series Super Duty. Gerry Bonanni, Senior Service Engineer at the Ford Paint and Body Technology Center, discussed the Ford's aluminum-body truck lineup. The repairability presentation included specifics about the F-150 and the 2017 F-Series Super Duty, including Ford-approved repair procedures and a Q&A session for technicians to speak personally with Ford service engineers.

2016 OEM SYMPOSIUM 

At the NACE show in Anaheim, Assured Performance and OEM partners hosted a 2-day symposium that revealed the key elements of their Certification-Recognition programs and illustrated how to leverage their various customer referral programs. Participants learned how to maximize their ROI, leverage their OEM Certification credentials and exponentially increase the value of their business. To read more, click here
FORD BRANDED COLLISION CARE MOBILE APP 

Coming Soon for Ford Vehicle Owners!

Ford will be announcing the Ford Branded Consumer Collision Care Smartphone App within the next few weeks.  Given that 72% of all online searches are now done via mobile, Ford will be providing this proactive solution to instantly connect consumers to shops in the Ford National Body Shop Network (FNBSN), at the push of a button, where and when they need it.
 
This app contains a convenient appointment request feature and the ability to record and track accident details such as: uploading accident photos, all parties contact information and claim documentation.
 
In the past, shops haven't had the capability to have a Smartphone app locator that they were a part of - and now Ford is providing that solution, for free to you and your customers.
