The Indo-American Heritage Museum is proud to bring renowned textile designer, author and sari historian  Rta Kapoor Chisti
to the Chicago area for an exploration  of sari history and fashion. Ms. Chisti has spent decades researching the regional variations
of both weaving and wearing this  most representative apparel
of India.

The event features a b rief lecture, s ari draping demonstration
and f ashion show,  and  begins with morning  cocktails before
a buffet lunch.
