Please join us for NOURISH,
an intimate farm-to-table gathering celebrating food freedom and local food, on September 2, 2017 in St. Paul, Oregon. Rub elbows with America's favorite farmer, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farm, and other leaders in the food freedom movement like our own President, attorney and farmer Elizabeth Rich, and Champoeg Creamery owner and raw milk champion, Charlotte Smith.
Here's what's in store for the magical evening:
While at the lovely small farm Champoeg Creamery, taste award-winning Pinot wine, craft beer, and kombucha plus
fresh raw milk and farm-fresh hors d'oeuvres; tour the milking parlor (and milk a cow!); and enjoy inspiring company and four courses of farm-to-table fare featuring Champoeg Creamery pastured beef tenderloin.
While in wine country, create your own getaway: tour one (or more) of the 400 vineyards in the area, famous for Pinot Noir; visit another thriving small farm; or participate in activities for outdoors-enthusiasts and foodies alike.
Tickets are $1,500 each or $3,000 each for the VIP experience, one of four seats next to Joel Salatin. The evening is limited to 40 guests to foster connection and community.
