Solidarity Bowl-a-Thon
Saturday, February 21st at 8:15 PM
Join Midwest Torah Center and the Jewish Federation as we support our fellow Jews in France.
We'll meet for a Solidarity Bowl-a-Thon at Parkway Lanes East, 1504 Chestnut St. Mishawaka.
Your $15 registration fee will cover shoe rental, snacks and fun. Proceeds go to JFNA France Emergency Fund.

Student Advocacy for Israel and Peace

Student Advocacy for Israel and Peace is a project of the Community Relations Committee of the Jewish Federation of St. Joseph Valley. The purpose of this project is to provide college bound students with the tools they need to encourage civil dialogue, ask the right questions and face the challenges of anti-Semitism and anti-Israel attitudes on college campuses.

Session 2- February 22nd 2015 at 1:00: A Overview and Debate of the Arab-Israeli Conflict Conducted by Dr. Alan Dowty, Professor Emeritus of Political Science at the University of Notre Dame.

Session 3- March 15th, 2015 at 1:00: Clashes on Campus: Countering Attacks on Israel's Legitimacy on the American College Campus. Conducted by Noam Gilboord, Director of Community Strategy, Israel Action Network (IAN).

Is it the role of a military to take on the challenges of dealing with at-risk youth? The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) believes it is. Come see this documentary that inspired Raz Revah, our Israeli Shlicha to serve with this special IDF basic training program. Following the movie Raz will tell of her personal experiences and answer questions.

Don't miss our Annual Community Purim Carnival! We have a fun event planned with games, a bounce house, hamantashen, a costume contest and more! 

Tickets are 2 for $1, 12 for $5, or 25 for $10. Arrive in costume or bring a nonperishable Kosher food item for our Kosher Food Pantry and receive a free ticket!
