Greetings!
First of all, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on a holiday that means so much to us at Pioneer and the men and women that holiday is all about. Veteran's Day. Thank you to current and past servicemen and women help to protect our freedom, but in particular today we want to thank our veterans for their sacrifices.
This year Give to the Max Day is back and better than ever, and Pioneer Public TV is excited to participate in the event again Wednesday, November 16. New features in the 2011 Give to the Max Day include:
- The opportunity to win a golden ticket as $1,000 will be given to a random donor's charity every hour. You could be that donor!
- Put us on the Leader board! Your donation on November 16, could put us on the leader board to win $5,000 or even $15,000 for the most number of donors for our nonprofit. Help us get "on the board."
Pioneer Public Television is proud to participate in GiveMN.org's Give to the Max Day 2011. Log-on today to learn how you can help support Pioneer Public Television in it's mission to educate and sustain rural communities. Learn more at www.pioneer.org/givetothemaxday2011.
Furthermore, we have a great line-up for you this week from PBS Arts' Bill T. Jones this Friday to America in Primetime's The Misfit. So stay tuned to Pioneer for your favorite shows.
