What Does the Inside Look Like?
Commanding Curb Appeal
As we dig out of the pollen fog, spring brings forth our attention to the space outside of our homes.  We begin to pull up the weeds, rake the leaves, and inspect our homes for needed maintenance, repair or replacements needed.  Replacement jobs including such projects as entry door, window, and siding projects, generated a higher return of 61.5% than remodeling projects according to trends from the 2016 Cost vs. Value Report.

In addition to your return on investment, improving the curb appeal of your home provides a number of other enhancements.  Naturally, the beauty of the entry to your home will be improved.  For resale, the exterior picture of your home will be the most critical image to generate interest from home buyers.  A beautiful exterior communicates a number of things.   It shows how much the homeowners take pride in and take care of their home.  The exterior demonstrates the style and the potential view of the interior of the home.  The overall features from windows, entry door, landscaping, and lighting can set the stage for the home's overall look and feel.

Since 1997, Majors Home Improvement has delivered premium products, quality workmanship and unparalleled service, before and after the sale - all at an affordable price. We offer a variety of projects to improve the exterior of your home - windows, entry doors, vinyl siding, shutters, and outdoor structures.  Majors provides custom designs and free consultations to build the dream look for your home!  Contact us here to set up a free quote today!

Guild Quality Testimonials

"Pleasant, honest personnel, obvious care and concern for the customer, bending over backwards to meet our needs--with ZERO sales pressure. There was no shenanigans like--sign in 10 days for a discount. You simply quoted a fair price from the start and invited estimates from others to help us decide--so we chose Majors! I don't know that you could have exceeded my expectations, because your television advertisement set the bar VERY HIGH. Frankly, if I had this project to do all over again, I would most certainly contract with Majors all over again."

Question:
I am needing some references for a contractor to do a project for my home.  What questions should I ask?  - D. Black

Mike's Reply:
Thanks for your question.  It is prudent to do your own research in hiring a contractor to do work on your home.  References are the best resource to see the quality of work performed and to hear directly from the homeowner about how the process went.  Below is a list of questions you should ask any reference about their project installation.
  • How satisfied were you with the overall job?
  • Did you have any problems? If so, how were these handled?
  • What was the experience like working with Majors Home Improvement?
  • Did the installation crew leave your home clean and tidy and answer all your questions?
  • Would you recommend Majors Home Improvement to your family & friends?
At Majors Home Improvement, we offer a free contractor's brochure which you can download from our site.  We also maintain a current customer reference list here.  Contact our office if you would like to call any of our references.  Majors Home Improvement is passionate about offering a superior product and service.  Contact us here to schedule a free consultation.

New Operable Pergola from Majors
As an authorized dealer for TEMO, we are excited to offer the new operable pergola. It's a perfect combination of beauty and function.  The operable pergola is designed to help you take control of the weather.  Its unique louvered system will open and close with the push of a button.  Don't let the rain drive you inside... enjoy it.  Plus, the louvered system will automatically channel rain water away, no water will drop down when you open the system.  Have the best of both worlds by combining the beautiful design of a pergola with the function of a patio cover.  View the video to see it in action!

Question: The four leaf clover became a good luck charm in this country.  Legend has it that St. Patrick used the three-leaved clover to explain the Holy Trinity (Father, Son, & Holy Spirit); where the fourth leaf was present, that represented the grace of God.
