New Commercial Development Planned for Northern Range

Thompson Thrift, a commercial developer out of Scottsdale, AZ, has purchased a 15-acre site at the northeast corner of E. 104th Avenue and Chambers Road. The proposed development includes pad-ready sites for national commercial tenants and more than 14,000 square feet of new multi-tenant inline center space. Located across the street from the Reunion Marketplace, the site is the last of the four corners to be developed at that major intersection. With quick access to Interstate 76, E-470 and Denver International Airport, this property has great connectivity to the greater Denver metropolitan area. Adams County Shows Off Unique Assets to National Site Selectors

Commerce City's Economic Development Division joined Adams County Economic Development (ACED) and other local professionals to host five national site selection consultants (pictured at right) for an event earlier this month promoting the region as ideal
for major corporate relocation and expansion projects. Site selectors toured key county assets and were provided direct access to both county and municipal elected officials to understand the strengths of each community, as well as how communities are addressing the challenges presented by continued growth of the region. The three-day event included feedback comments from the site selectors on Adams County's competitive edge factors: collaboration, regional transportation system, and acres of developable land with opportunities for growth so close to Denver International Airport (DEN).
