Commercial PACE Administrators & Their Coverage
In order for a Commercial PACE administrator to be able to offer their financing product, cities must adopt a resolution and opt-in to their program.  Refer to the links below for each Commercial PACE administrator's current coverage in Los Angeles County:
Additionally, the  Center for Sustainable Energy's PACE coverage map offers an interactive map of where PACE administrators operate across the state. Click on the image below to utilize the map:

Unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County currently can only participate in Los Angeles County's Commercial PACE program.
Is my city eligible?
The most frequently asked question we receive is on the eligibility of cities or communities located within the City of Los Angeles. For example, cities such as Sun Valley, Woodland Hills, Canoga Park, and Sherman Oaks are under the jurisdiction of the City of Los Angeles. If a PACE administrator has the City of Los Angeles as part of their territory, all of the communities within the City of Los Angeles are eligible for their PACE program.
