Communicate OER
October 9, 2012
Greetings!

We are delighted to announce the launch of Communicate OER, both online and at next week's Open Education Conference in Vancouver!

We're working to improve Wikipedia content about education. Join us!

Working on Wikipedia can be best with a team.
Our year-long project will help people like you collaborate on improving Wikipedia. Our small but growing team includes professors, librarians, graduate students. We are Wikipedia experts and Wikipedia novices. We will be teaching and learning from one another as we go. We hope you'll pitch in!
Whether or not you're attending Open Ed (Oct. 16-18), join us!
  • If you're attending, come to one of our "unconference/remixathon" sessions. (schedule)
  • If you're not, work and learn with us online! Follow the Wikipedia talk page: enwp.org/WT:COMMOER And follow us on Twitter: @CommOER and #CommOER
We are excited to be working with such a strong and passionate group as we launch Communicate OER. We hope you will join us!
Happy editing,
Pete Forsyth
Project Lead, Communicate OER
