Communication Reminders for the 2018 National TSA Conference
1. Download the
free mobile app,
“TSA Mobile Schedule,” on these links for

. Then, be sure to click "yes" to accept notifications. To customize the app, TSA members will need a username, which is the conference ID number on your conference name badge, and a mobile password, which is set by your chapter advisor. (Chapter advisors only:

to set your mobile password. Enter your username and password to enable you to create and save a mobile password to share with your chapter members.)
2. During the conference

This email address will only be active and monitored June 22–26, 2018. Here are some examples of questions to send on this email address:
- "How do I get a replacement name badge?"
- “Where is the Lost and Found?"
- “Where will the seminfinalist lists be posted?"
3. To be notified of any emergencies during the conference, subscribe to
text alerts
by texting
TSA
to

. You will receive a confirmation text: “Thank you for joining our list. Reply STOP to end.” At the end of the conference, reply "STOP TSA" to remove yourself from the list. (Regular text messaging rates apply.)
4. Something new: this year, acting onsite chapter advisors will receive
emails
from national TSA, with information on what’s happening the next day. Share the information with your members and others in your group.
