We have received reports from the Chicago Police Department concerning public indecency in our neighborhood. On September 3, 2015 at approxima
tely 6:45am and 7:45pm
, police were alerted to a man exposing himself on the 1900 block of Bissell Street.

The neighbors called 911 and their action led to a swift police response. 18th District Commander Devereaux has placed additional police resources on this block and in surrounding areas.
The suspect is described as a white male, 6'0-6'04 feet tall and 240-270 pounds. He appears to be approximately 40 - 55 years old and has grey hair. I encourage any community member who may have information to call Area Central Detectives at 312-747-8380.
