Need a bit of inspiration for inviting your guests?
Sometimes it's hard to find the words to inspire your friends to come to the luncheon.
Start by telling them why you care.
Then, here's something you can use in an email or conversation with someone you want to invite:
I'd like to invite you to join my table at Beacon's annual fundraising luncheon. We'll be raising money with the vision that all people have a home.
20,000 families, young adults, seniors and others in the Twin Cities metro will experience homelessness this year
and I want to change that.

If you're curious about just how important home is and how hard homelessness can be on a person, watch this powerful video featuring Danae, a resident in Beacon's 66 West apartments. Danae reflects on her experiences with homelessness after foster care, and shares what it really means to have her first home.

Be Ready to Register Your Guests
Online guest registration is available September 17 - October 17. Please register each guest as you receive their attendance confirmation instead of waiting for all of your confirmations.
You can also forward your guest's names and information to Elodie at [email protected]. Weekly, our Event Assistant, El Horsfall, will send you your list of registered guests to confirm your tables of ten.
