Project Homeless Connect - The Newport News Department of Human Services is holding the 1st Annual Project Homeless Connect event on Thursday, April 13 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The event is being held at the Doris Miller Community Center, 2814 Wickham Avenue.
