Randy Howard, 501 Advisors. Nonprofit Board members serve as stewards of the public trust and are expected to oversee the affairs of the organization in a manner consistent with that level of trust. This includes not only financial accountability compliance, and governance, but also strategic thought for how best to accomplish the organization's charitable purpose. In this workshop, nonprofit staff and Board will learn how Board members can fulfill the nine areas of fiduciary responsibility they hold as a nonprofit leader.
