Value of Volunteers' Time Increases to $24.14 an Hour - Of course, we already know that volunteers are PRICELESS, but just to make it official,
Independent Sector has announced that the latest value of a volunteer hour is $24.14 - up 2.5% from the previous year. This figure is estimated from data collected in 2016. They have also updated the state-level breakdown for the new value of volunteer time. In Virginia, the value of volunteer time is $26.96, up 3.3% from 2015.
