Several weeks ago Colton Wilson suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and has been in a coma at Harbor View Medical Center ever since. Colton is the son of Island Athletic Club employee, Lana Wilson. Colton first captured our hearts five years ago when he fought cancer and made a selfless Make-A-Wish for a new baseball field at South Whidbey High School.
This week Island Athletic Club, Useless Bay Animal Clinic, and Lind's are combining efforts to raise funds to assist Colton and his family during this difficult time.
ALL WEEK LONG Lind's will be selling raffle tickets for great prizes. The drawing will be held at Sunday's Zumbathon.
WEDNESDAY 7/18 - Bake Sale at Island Athletic Club. Come by for tasty treats made by staff and members.
THURSDAY 7/19 - Useless Bay Animal Clinic (Dr. Parent's office) is donating a portion of the day's sales to the cause.
SATURDAY 7/21 - Car Wash at Island Athletic Club 10:30AM - 2:30PM
SUNDAY 7/22 - Bike-A-Thon at Revolution Cycling Studio. 11AM - 1PM
Individuals donate $10 for every 30 minutes of cycling.
